Services

Companion Care

Companion Care focuses primarily on basic socialization and activities of daily living while offering a wide range of services to clients including:
• Assistance with Ambulation

• Assistance with Grooming (brushing hair, filing nails, etc.)
• Assistance with Dressing

• Maintain Safe & Comfortable Home Environment
• Light Housekeeping/Laundry

• Meal Planning, Preparation, Clean-Up
• Medication Reminders

• Accompany to Appointments & Errands
• Respite Care For Families

Personal Care

Personal Care focuses primarily on the client and his or her physical needs. Personal Senior Care is provided by a Certified Home Health Aide who can do everything offered by a Companion plus :
• Assistance with “Hands-On” care, including bathing, dressing, skin, mouth and hair care
• Measure temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure
• Assist with prescribed range of motion (ROM) exercises
• Assist with the use of ambulation devices (wheelchair, walker, etc.)
• Assist with the change of a colostomy bag, reinforcement of dressing, etc.
• Hospital Transitions

Comprehensive/Live-In Care

Comprehensive Care is designed to

provide services organized by our comprehensive care plan assessments. These include services from Personal and Companion Care and is available for those who need consistent and constant care in their home.
Live-In Care is offered by a caregiver who stays in the client’s residence 24 hours per day.
• Caregiver must have uninterrupted sleep time in a separate sleeping room for privacy
• Care may be provided by either a Companion, HHA or CNA, depending on the individual needs

Our job is to put together a simple plan that is designed to handle all of the concerns discussed in Step 1. This plan will be a collaborative effort and will not be finalized until you are satisfied.

Let's Get Started

We will work to meet your timeline. This includes starting care on the date you have requested and finding the right caregiver to meet all of your needs. Our services do not require any time commitment and you can end our services at any time.

Pricing

Our pricing goal is simple:

Companion & Personal Care

Average Hourly Rate you will pay depending on the needs of the Case:

$25 - $35 / hour

Comprehensive/Live In Care

Average Daily Rate you will pay depending on the needs of the Case:

$300 - $650*

*includes 24 hr around the clock care
